HOUSE MANAGER NEEDED – ELDERLY HOME

Starting Salary: KSh 12,000 per month

Kasel Care Agency is looking for a reliable, responsible and caring House Manager to work in a home with an elderly mother.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and comfortable home while providing respectful day-to-day support to the elderly client.
Key Responsibilities
- General management and cleanliness of the home
- Preparing meals and assisting with household routines
- Keeping the home clean, organized and well maintained
- Assisting the elderly mother with her daily routine where needed
- Running basic household errands and shopping
- Ensuring a safe, peaceful and comfortable home environment
- Reporting any concerns regarding the elderly client or household to the family
- Carrying out other reasonable household duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a House Manager, Housekeeper, Nanny or Caregiver
- Experience caring for or working around elderly persons is an added advantage
- Honest, responsible and trustworthy
- Patient, respectful and compassionate
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Must have a positive attitude and good personal hygiene
- References from previous employers will be an added advantage
Salary
Starting salary: KSh 12,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
